Question of the Week 08/24/2019

Q: My agastache is a weird greenish-yellow color. It wasn’t like that last year. What is going on?

A: What you are dealing with in the picture is more than likely an iron deficiency. Iron is an essential element for plant growth and helps give plants their healthy green color. Adding some iron to the soil should help correct the nutrient deficiency and the leaf color should go back to normal within a couple of weeks.
