Q: I have a couple of juniper trees that are turning brown. What is wrong with them?
A: As with most things in life, it depends!..... on what you mean by turning brown.
If you are talking about small brown sacs between green foliage, it is a male juniper that is producing pollen. If the foliage is brown and crispy, the tree could be dying from various causes.
