Hancock Coralberry Symphoricarpos x chenaultii 'Hancock' Zone 4-9
Beautiful arching stems create a unique look for this shrub. Great for erosion control. Petite bell shaped pink flowers appear in early summer. Can reach 2 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Does best in full sun, but can still grow fairly well in full shade.
Tolerates moist and dry conditions. Tends to produce a lot of suckers which can be trimmed or allowed to grow wild. Lackluster fall foliage is balanced out by magenta berries that appear from early fall until late winter.
