Q: How often should I be watering now that my irrigation system is turned off?

A: We recommend that you give your plants a good (not quick) watering 1-2 times a week depending on the weather in the month of October.

From November to December, we suggest watering at least once a week. As we get more into winter (January through February), water once every two weeks, even if we get some snow.

In early spring, water once a week until your irrigation system is turned on again.
