Dicentra Spectablilis - Zone 3-9

Long stalks carrying heart shaped flowers rise above tender green leaves on this stunning perrenial. Bleeding hearts bloom from early to late spring and will catch your eye every time you walk passed it.

Flowers can be white, pink or red depending on the varietal. A moderate grower that can reach 3' tall and wide. Plant in full to partial shade and in well drained soil. Deer resistant and easy to care for with regular watering. During drought like conditions, Bleeding Hearts can go dormant in the summer.
