Transformation Tuesday: A Patio Reset with Room to Grow

What a difference a smooth surface makes! For this project, we removed the old uneven flagstone, cement slab, and brick border to make way for a fresh, level update that feels both intentional and welcoming.

We installed a new flagstone patio with beautifully shaped pieces, carefully set in sand to allow for natural movement and long-term stability. A flagstone border now defines the space with clean edges, and we carved out a planting area that will be filled in later to soften the look and add seasonal color.

A thoughtful upgrade that brings structure, comfort, and room to grow.
