Rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis Zone 7-11 Woody stems are covered in pine needle like foliage that is used in a wide variety of dishes. Beautiful, petite blue flowers cover this plant from late summer to fall. Plant in full sun and water occasionally once established. A moderate grower that can reach 4' tall and wide. Tends to grow round if not trimmed. Plant in full sun for best growth, but can tolerate part shade. Keeps foliage year round. Adapts to a wide variety of soils. Looks best as a single specimen or when several are planted to form a hedge.
